How will my order be shipped?

Depending on the size and weight of the product, we will select the most appropriate carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or a professional freight company (LTL Freight) to deliver your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check your package status on the corresponding logistics company's website. For orders shipped from our Asia warehouse, tracking information may not be updated until the package arrives in the United States and is handed over to a local carrier.

What if my product arrives with shipping damage?

Please carefully inspect your product within 48 hours of receiving the package. If you discover any shipping damage, please immediately take photos as evidence and contact our customer service team at service@kamhaus.com. Due to strict time limits imposed by logistics companies for claims, delayed reporting may affect your claim rights.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for all orders within the continental United States. For other regions, the system will automatically calculate and display the applicable shipping fee based on your address during checkout.

What if I cannot receive the package during delivery?

For large items that require scheduled delivery, the logistics company will contact you in advance. If you are unable to receive the package at the scheduled time, or if you refuse delivery multiple times, resulting in the package being returned, you may be responsible for additional storage fees and re-delivery costs.
